What is outsourcing?
Any business has processes that can bring more advantages if another company/professional administrates them. Outsourcing has been around since the '80s but has entered the spotlight in past years. The most basic definition of outsourcing is the obtaining services or products from an external supplier or manufacturer in order to cut costs.
Why outsource?Everyone is looking for low cost and high quality software solutions. Hence, it is common that the only way to reduce costs and hedge against some difficulties is outsourcing.
Outsourcing minimizes the load on your staff.
Lets you manage projects rather than staff and focus on your core business.
More and more companies have decided to outsource parts of their activity.
How do we work?
Our methodology is Six Sigma, a business improvement methodology, originally developed by Motorola.
It has 2 key components: DMAIC and DMADV. DMAIC is used to improve an existing business process. DMADV is used to create new product designs.
The steps we follow for each project are, based on Six Sigma methodology:
- *Define the process improvement/design goals that are consistent with customer demands and enterprise strategy.
- *Measure the current process and collect relevant data for future comparison.
- *Analyze to verify relationship and causality of factors. Determine what the relationship is, and attempt to ensure that all factors have been considered.
- *Improve/Design or optimize the process based upon the analysis using techniques like Design of Experiments.
